Payment for excursions of packages must be made in full at the time of booking, and once payment is received a receipt will be emailed to you.

All prices subject to 6% city sales tax + credit card fee (depending on your method of payment)

 

We reserve the right to alter or cancel an excursion at short notice due to unsafe weather conditions, in which case you will be fully refunded if time (or your desire) doesn't allow for your day to be rescheduled. 

 

If you would like to cancel a booking you will be fully refunded if 30+ days in advance. Between 30-10 days you will receive 50%. If under 10 days you will unfortunately not be able to receive a refund.
